About Dr. Sherry Bell
Sherry E. Bell, Ph.D. is the CEO at Advanced Personality-Based Consulting. She is a Co-founder of Kepler Space Institute. She is a graduate from California State University, Stanislaus with a B.S. in Psychology and holds a Master of Science (2002) in Clinical Psychology and Ph.D. (2005) in Psychology Specialization in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University.
Dr. Bell has written numerous articles and chapters, edited a book, Living in Space, and frequently presents at space conferences. She has made numerous presentations at the National Space Society’s annual conference, the International Space Development Conference, where she frequently Chairs a Track. She served as the Assistant Secretary at National Space Society.
Her current interests include Consulting, Evolutionary Psychology, Extrasolar Planets, Genetics, Humans Living in Space, and reading and writing both Science and Science Fiction.

Who we work with
Dr. Bell is an avid supporter of the Space Settlement Movement. From 2005 to 2009 she served as a Senior Leadership Advisor for the Aerospace Technology Working Group. She sits on the Space Settlement Advisory Board for the Lifeboat Foundation, and the Board of Editors for the Journal of Space Philosophy. She is a lifetime member of both the Golden Key National Honor Society and Psi Chi (the National Honor Society of Psychology).
